Finance Function Review

We will meet all the members of your internal finance team and document their back office current processes. Utilising our experience of managing multiple recruitment businesses’ finance functions, we recommend changes that will streamline processes, automate, save time and improve accuracy. We conduct an informal meeting to report back on our findings and write this up in a more formal report. We can also support the internal team in implementing the recommendations.

Mentoring

We will have an initial meeting with the mentee to get to know them and understand their prior experience, the current role, aspirations and career goals. We will then agree goals for the mentoring and agree to these with the mentee and their manager. We then meet regularly to discuss progress against the goals and discuss any challenges. As a partner, we make ourselves available for ad hoc calls and queries that arise on a day to day basis.
