The Problem

Our Client’s Pay and Bill Manager left with short notice. That left a massive hole in the Company’s finance function at an important stage of their growth. Time was of the essence.

 

The Solution

Azuki helicoptered in and started by mapping out the pay and bill process step by step. To ensure a smooth and fast transition Azuki stayed with the Client for two weeks until the new Pay and Bill Manager started, and the team was comfortable with what they were doing.

Following the short-term success of the partnership, Azuki then continued to mentor the existing FC and supported her promotion to Associate Director.

 

The Outcome

Working alongside the Board we supported them in opening two new international offices.
